VALUES
The goals are big, the mission is complicated, but we believe in every step we take. We are not afraid of hard work or innovation. Our line-up includes many different nationalities. As a team, we compete in many geographic regions, extending beyond the most popular European cycling countries. We love challenges and always strive to rise to them. In short, we are committed to shaping the future of cycling.
Always focused on image and sporting development and with the ambition to continue developing towards a higher category, UCI PRO TEAM, Team Bialini Gomola has already taken part in many prestigious races in the world. Thanks to the great impulse of companies Gomola Trans and Olza Logistic we aspire to further development in the world of cycling. We dream of starting in the biggest races in the world, such as the "Tour de Pologne".
The team was founded in 2021, with 2022 being our inaugural season. Bialini Team Global Cycling Project was founded with a clear vision to find and develop future talent from around the globe. This commitment to talent discovery has been a cornerstone of our business and remains central to the team’s philosophy to this day. To date, the team has had riders from as many as 15 countries across 6 continents represent the team.

MISSION
Cycling is teamwork. As a team, we overcome not only the stages of the races, but also our own limitations. Striving to achieve a common goal, we seek challenges - all in order to rediscover one thing: great emotions in spectacular sceneries of all kinds of exotic landscapes. Our Cycling Academy operates in Rwanda, the aim of which is to develop local juniors, the most ambitious of whom will join our team in the future. By pushing their own limits of weakness, the riders show true fighting spirit in front of tens of thousands of fans on the race routes. We use the spirit of humanity and the inherent power of our sport to do good. We are ready to create unforgettable history.
